Exclusion of Liability

The owner, by accepting this receipt, agrees that his/her car is stored subject to the following conditions: The parking lot proprietor shall not be responsible for loss by theft or otherwise or damage by fire, or otherwise to the said car, or appurtenances thereof, or any articles which may be in or about said car, while in storage premises, however caused, or for any damages, however caused, which may occur while the car is being driven by an employee of the parking lot with the knowledge or consent of the owner. All storage and other charges must be paid before removal of car by owner.
