By parking in this facility, a contractual agreement exists between you, the Customer, and Talbott Tower Holding, the operator.

Customer and Operator agree that all claimed damage or loss must reported in writing before vehicle is taken from the facility.  For allowed damage claims, Operator retains the right to have the repairs made at Operator’s expense at Operator’s designated Certified Repair Center.

Operator is not responsible for (1) any items of personal property left in the vehicle, (2) damage caused by fire or defective vehicles, (3) loss of car use, or (4) cars remaining after the facility closes.  This is the entire Contract and no employee can modify it.  This Contract is not assignable.  Customer waives all laws in conflict with the above agreement.
